The food is amazing. We ordered the Cucumber Salad, which was fresh and perfectly spiced. The green onion pancakes were delicious, full of flavor, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside, amazing texture. The beef tendon noodle soup has become my favorite soup in the area! We then ordered the honey walnut shrimp was also perfectly cooked and flavorful. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the food was served within a reasonable amount of time. I will be going here for sure whenever I am in the area
The pork juicy dumplings are excellent
We also had the chicken and cabbage pan fried dumplings and they too taste very delicious!

specializing in wuhan street food delicacies (the hometown of my mom), this has quickly become one of my go-to places for a satisfying, no-frills meal
wuhan siu mai are different than ur standard dim sum ones, featuring a peppery glutinous rice and mushroom mixture that is fantastic dipped in vinegar/chili oil. 热干面 (hot dry noodles) are another favorite of mine, with firm springy noodles coated in a savory sesame sauce. china has so many different regional cuisines, and i would definitely recommend coming here to try some dishes u may have never heard of before!
Look out Orange! You have a new dumpling house that has great food, great service and fair prices that's worth driving out of our way for. This place has been open for 8 months now and you can tell the place is spotless, busy yet efficient in taking our order and service the food. We actually came across this place by accident where we noticed the name and looked inside where the place was pretty full so we gave it a try. The dumplings were juicy and good! The fried dumplings, green onion pancake and green beans are a must! The Shu Mai was ok but I'm not a fan of mushroom and did not have shrimp. Perhaps I ordered the wrong one. The service was probably the best service I've had in a long time! They refilled our waters every time they were half way full. Definitely going back!
The food is amazing!!' My husband ordered the beef soup and I ordered the shrimp and Chicken dumplings and we shared the green onion pancakes. Everything was fresh!!! Don't come if you're in a hurry because they make the food as you order it.
I am very happy to finally have authentic Chinese food in Orange. Their specialities, and my personal favorites, are the pan fried buns, signature beef noodle soup, and pan fried dumplings. The pan fried buns and dumplings are perfectly crispy, and the beef noodle soup is tender and flavorful.
The restaurant is very clean and nicely lit. The bathroom in particular is very well kept and stocked which isn't something I normally care about - but I appreciate how they pay attention to the details here. I highly recommend!
Yum Dumpling is a great spot for casual Chinese food. They have your classic Chinese American dishes like beef and broccoli, fried rice, and honey walnut shrimp plus a sizable selection of noodle soups and dumplings.
I tried the beef rice noodle soup, which was super flavorful and the thinly sliced beef on top was tender and juicy. The broth has a rich beef flavor and is only slightly spicy, so it's perfect for drinking. Both the pork buns and the pan fried pork dumplings were juicy and delicious.
The spot is casual and on the more affordable end, making it a good spot to go to with friends and family.
Cold weather calls for warm delicious food. And Yum Dumpling doesn't disappoint. The portions are generous and the flavors are flowing. The beef noodle soup is the best I've ever had. My fam devoured the noodles and orange chicken leaving only the little red chilis behind. Next round pan fried dumplings and of course more beef noodle soup.
Shout out to the staff member who brought my kiddo a fork as she couldn't work her chopsticks as well as she was hoping.
Place is literally so legit for Chinese northern food like dumplings, noodles, soup dumplings.
Hot Dry Noodles is so authentic, friend of mine is from Wuhan and said he approved it.
Beef noodle soup is my second fav. a bit spicy and soup is very flavorful.

Also had sticky rice shao mai, it was also very very authentic.
Pan fried buns and the pan fried pork dumplings are also very tasty.
Also had sautéed string bean, cucumber salad as veggies.
Restaurant is located kind of next to a smoke shop and it's not the nicest place. We came on a Saturday night at 6pm and place was packed. Inside the restaurant, it is newly renovated. Service is kind of slow, tbh

Yum Dumplings is my favorite weekend spot for lunch with my son.
We always get the #6 Beef noodle soup. Super flavorful broth,slices of beef that melts in your mouth. Its big enough to share if you order a couple sides.
Our 2nd go to is the juicy pork dumplings. We loved them so much we ordered the pan fried pork buns today and man we couldn't have been more satisfied!
Authentic and delicious food. They specialize in "homemade dumplings" which is rare in OC. Staff is friendly and service is fast. Can't wait to try every dish especially the noodle soups. This is our new spot.
