I like the clean and warm setting. The food are fresh and very tasting! Fast service! Staffs are friendly. It's very pleasant experience.
Happy to see more diversity on University Ave!
I love how O2 Valley has a diverse menu including bento boxes that are hearty and a decent price.
I got their popcorn chicken a la carte, which is actually a hefty portion compared to most boba shops. It costs more (around $10 for the basil popcorn chicken, around $11 for the garlic popcorn chicken), but it was worth every bite.
Most places have dry, stringy chicken with really hard breading outside and NO basil. However, O2 Valley doesn't disappoint. Portion is large, chicken is crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and basil leaves strewn throughout the box.
Loved it! Shareable.
I also got their lemon ai-yu, and I rarely see ai-yu as an available topping at other boba shops, so I was excited!
Drink price is high, but average for this area (~$5-$6).
Wishing this business well! I know it's successful in Cupertino, and I hope they're here to stay in Palo Alto!
I've been wanting toctry the O2 Valley in Cupertino and saw that a new one opened in Palo Alto! So I was excited as it's more convenient. Finally got to try it today and I really loved it! I got the popcorn chicken bento and a rose ear grey milk tea. The portions are very generous! The chicken was crisoy, flavorful and juicy. Loveeed the minced pork with rice. And the veggie sides were great too! And you can never go wrong with a seasoned boiled egg. The milk tea was also good, you can customize the ice level and sweetness levels too.
My friend got the thai chicken bento and the matcha milk tea and also loved it. Her portions looked even bigger than mine. We both definitely had enough for a second meal! Will for sure be coming back again!
The food was delicious and really good value if you eat in. I think the prices on doordash are like $4 more than in store though it's still a ton of food!
Soooo happy that O2 Valley opened in downtown Palo Alto! A large party of ours ordered 10+ bento boxes online for takeout, ranging from popcorn chicken to grilled chicken cutlet bentos and more. I love how the grilled items are still fried so it adds a crisp and sweet glaze. The side items vary by the day and on this day, we got veggies, curried potatoes, and a tea egg along with the entree of your choosing.
The taste and quality are pretty similar to the Cupertino location and I hope they eventually expand to more locations because more people need to give their bentos a try!! Definitely will be returning whenever I get the chance.
Nice food and friendly staff. Very clean and good ambiance. Will come back again for sure!
I'm a huge fan of the O2 in Cupertino, and was so pleased when I stopped by Palo Alto and saw that this O2 location opened. Like the Cupertino location, I was greeted with smiles and experienced wonderful service. I always get the grilled chicken, (spicy), and I'm always satisfied with the flavoring and portion size. The bentos, especially the grilled pork belly one, are also top-notch. Definitely couldn't be happier to see another O2 in the area!
The staff that worked on Sunday 4/16 included extra chili powder with my togo order because I asked for extra extra extra spicy. Definitely will come here more often for their great customer service and delicious food.
Love this place. reasonable price for fast Asian food for uni Ave. Service is super friendly. Nice interior too, usually not too busy. Casual vibes.
It is really good , we will definitely go back , happy that no longer need to drive to Cupertino or San Jose for good taiwanese food
So happy to see this new Taiwanese tea and snack establishment in the heart of Palo Alto's university Ave. It's a cold day today, so I ordered hot jasmine green tea with boxed lunch. The deep fried pork chop is just right, golden and crispy, soy egg like mom's taste, side with stir fry cabbage and zucchini, Just need some sweets to complete a perfect lunch. Nice seating to study and hangout. Highly recommend.
I have not tasted such delicious Taiwanese food in a very long time. This place is a truly gem, so glad they've opened a location in downtown Palo Alto. A new favorite fit my family
