All dishes of the restaurant are carefully prepared by Eric Gao with top-quality ingredients and excellent cooking prowess who is especially adept at different styles of cuisines like Emperor's Eight Treasures, Emperor Grilled Lamb, Chongqing Chilli Chicken, Boiled Whole Fish, Lotus Root & Sticky Rice and extremely exquisite imperial dishes like Chinese Cabbage & Dry Shrimp soup.
