Wagyu beef from different parts of different cattle varieties, including Japan’s top-2 Hida Beef, is air delivered. Kanae Yakiniku is also a recommended overseas Hida Beef restaurant by Japan’s Ministry of Agriculture. Different types of wagyu are characterized by rich marbling texture and light pink color. Under the ingenious cooking of chefs, the resulting dish tastes fragrant and juicy with lingering sweetness. Comparatively, US Wagyu Gyutan is known for delicate grains, stunning color and crisp texture. In August 2022, Kanae Yakiniku participated in the 8th “Best Asian Food in Canada” held by Asia Star TV. Its offerings earned high acclamations from anonymous gastrosophes, earning a 97.60% comprehensive score and a full mark for its food. Eventually, it stood out from 136 competitors and was shortlisted for the Top 3.
