Tasting dumpling unions delectable dishes made my life and the millenia. Every person i will reincarnate into in my later lives will be fulfilled and overjoyed because of the dumplings i had in this one. The mouth watering xlb was not only the most yummerific yum but also plated putstandingly aesthetically pleasing. Upon eating the beef noodle soup i found that I had transcended into my best self. My mind body and spirit turned to ethereal bliss having slurped the hearty broth. The service was nothing but top notch. The lovely waitress made me on ponder kindness and humanity in people. Her benevolent disposition elevated my spirits and the taste of the food. Eating at dumpling union is truly a cathartic experience and it would be blasphemous for anyone with the ability to eat here in the sanfran not to partake. EAT HER EAT HERE! U WOLL NOT REGRET IT. SOOOOOOOO YUMMY!
By far the best Beef Noodle Soup & Dan Dan Noodles I could find in the city, and dumplings were top notch too!
If you care about al dente in the noodles and dumpling skins, don't sleep on this place. The beef noodle broth was rich, and the Dan Dan noodles were coated in a super floral, fragrant chili crisp. There is never a wait here, and I honestly don't understand why this spot isn't mobbed like Dumpling Home.
Great decor, fast service, and awesome dumplings. We had the dan dan noodles (huge portion size), some xiao long baos, pot stickers, and scallion pancakes. Everything came out so quickly and was delicious! Loved our time here, will be coming back.
I happened upon this restaurant for lunch with my daughter today, and we were extremely grateful for our good fortune. It's delicious!
Welcome to the neighborhood Dumpling Union! We passed by this new restaurant the other day while looking for lunch and was pleasantly surprised to see a new restaurant. The nice lady told us that they weren't open yet but to come back on saturday for their grand opening. It was very busy and a little rough around the edges of course but the food was very very delicious.

- Don't get distracted by the ordering ipad, thats for takeout only. Flag down a waiter to get seated.
- Scan QR code and order food through your phone
I'm sure once the staff gets into the groove, it'll be perfect. Very minor improvements but everything was so affordable for the quality. Imagine better than Din Tai Fung but half the price.
Probably one of the best, affordable dim sum places in the city. Our favorites were the spicy pork dumplings and the spicy XLB. We also enjoyed their lava buns for dessert. The service was fantastic and we will definitely be back for more:)
This is my new go to place in the Lower Haight for quick and high quality food. They have a nice variety on their menu and the staff is attentive. I'm glad to see something opened in this space after Covid. The decor is light and fun, the dumplings are awesome, and the quality is top tier. It's a bit on the higher price for dumplings but they make up for it with the quality of ingredients that they use.
Welcome dim sum to the haight. They just had their grand opening over the weekend, we've been waiting for the opening so we're happy to try this place out.
Sat fairly quickly but once it's ruining normally I'd say you might have a wait. We know they have an upstairs that wasn't open when we arrived.
You ordered on a QR code pay after.
The place looks great. Even the tableware is beautifully thought over. Everyone was pleasant, service was as quick as can be for first runs.

We loved the chow mein. Great flavor, enough portion for either 2 or 1.
Szechuan wonton felt like too much chili oil for my liking with not enough outer spice. But plenty inside to give you that numbing Szechuan flavor.
Spicy pork dumpling was the star. Great soup taste, perfect dough, great pork flavor, not spicy at all.
Wagyu dumpling was our 2nd favorite. Great flavor, dough was steamed and left plain to not take away from other flavors. Soup inside also flavorful.
Potstickers not pictured were all evenly fried. Not oily, great crisp. Inside is moist, with great flavor. (6 pieces)
Overall, we are coming back and excited to try the other items on the menu.
Spicy dumplings are amazing!! So are the rest of the bao buns and dim sum offerings. You too will become a repeat customer.

Stumbled upon this new place in the Haight area and was very happy I decided to try it! Got seated right away on a weeknight and ordered the beef noodle soup and it was absolutely delicious. One of the best I've had in the city, beef is super tender, soup is flavorful, lots of noodles, and comes with bok choy. Would love to come again and try other items on their menu!
