This is our fav noodle spot in the trivalley. We've tried pretty much every noodle dish on the menu at this point.
Our favs are the dry lamb noodle, the sour fish and lamb noodle, rib soup, and the beef noodle soup. The spicy soups are good too -- beware, they are actually spicy!
My personal fav noodle is the regular cut, followed by thick then flat. You can choose your noodle, so try them all and see for yourself :)
Dang this place hits the spot! We placed our order and the guys picked it up.

Braised beef noodle soup: 4/5 yummy!
Sour spicy pork noodle soup: 5/5 yummmy! Wow amazing flavor.
Pork burger: 4/5 great flavor too!
Chow mein: kids liked it.

Great flavors! The broth was deep with a floral pepper aroma. The flat noodles had good chew and the pieces of beef were rich with every bite.
Have been to this place about 10 times and they consistently produce the best noodles in the Tri-Valley area! Food service is really fast and staff is friendly. We've become regulars and when we went on Christmas Eve, we were given a free appetizer. This place is a must try! The hand-made noodles are perfect!
I really recommended this restaurant, which gave me a taste of my hometown. At first, I entered this store because of the convenience of parking, and unexpectedly found that the food was delicious. I ordered a Braised Beef Noodle Soup and a Special Pork Burger, the beef is super large, the noodles are handmade, I like it! The meat bun is also good, and I think the Special Cold Noodle ordered by my friend is the best!
Wow this place is so amazing! I ordered Tan Tan noodle and lamb noodle soup. The soup was really good and it didn't make me feel thirsty after. For the dry noodle, the noodle was so Al dente!
The ambiance is family friendly and I like the terracotta dolls like in Xi-an city!
Authentic Chinese noodle soup! So when the menu says spicy, it will be SPICY.
Chili oil noodle with pork - sooo good but also very spicy. I like the texture of the hand pulled noodle. It is right amount of sauce, so each bite of the noodle is covered by the sauce. My bf thinks the vinegar flavor is a little bit overpowering but I like it.
Lamb noodle soup - probably the best lamb noodle soup I had in Bay Area. The soup is very flavorful without being too salty. The lamb is very tender and good portions. We will definitely go back to try their other dishes.
Had beef Noodle soup, fungus salad, cucumbers and soy bean paste noodles. All very good!
Ever since OK Noodle closed in East Bay, we haven't been able to find a new authentic beef noodle soup place. However, once we tried CA Noodle, we were immediately impressed by the food selection and the beef noodle soup! Their beef noodle soup is comprised of fresh hand cut noodles along with a very aromatic and savory broth. The beef and tendon accompanying this soup are very tender and satisfying! I think we found our new beef noodle spot! :) On the other hand, their liang pita app is very refreshing. It's a cold noodle dish with fresh cucumbers and tofu. Love it! Ordering was simple via a QR code on each dining table and getting the bill was also seamless. Service was great. Nice staff!
CA noodle is such a hidden gem located in Pleasanton. If you're looking for hand pulled noodles, this is the spot.
I came around 7pm and we got a seat right away. The staff was really nice and the food came out quickly. The noodles were chewy and bouncy, which you know they were handmade. My favorite items were the braised beef noodle and sour spicy pork noodle soup. The broth was really flavorful and there was plenty of beef and noodles inside the bowl. If you like spicy, I highly recommend the chili oil noodle with pork. It definitely hit the spot.

My family really enjoy the noodles soup here. Kids are the picky eaters for all kinds ramen style noodle soup. But here we can find everyone's favorite. I can tell there is no msg in my braised noodle soup. Every ingredients are just right. Fresh and chewy handmade noodles, it is a plus plus!!
If I live in the area, definitely will visit here very often.
Was really good noodles. I appreciate that the chicken was bone-in. It is more similar to how my wife's mom makes her stews. Good broth too.
