This place makes amazing chilli dumplings and kimchi bowl. Nice and fresh made, I think they are making the dumplings by hand next door. Always busy with full parking lot of people waiting to pickup.
Great wontons and peppery fried chicken. Noodle bowls were huge. Not the cheapest, but you get good quality and the broth was fantastic. Tasty in-house chili oil, not too spicy. I'll be ordering again for sure. My only criticism was with the Beef Shank Udon bowl, there wasn't much beef, maybe only 5 or 6 thin slices. Lots of noodle tho. Other than that, it was overall very good!
We ordered the pork wontons and the spring rolls and they were unbelievably delicious. I have never such awsome wontons . The pick up time was delayed due to internet issues and they were so polite,gave me a can of pop for having to wait longer than normal. Very gracious ,polite and efficient staff. Will definitely order again and try some other menu offerings.
I love Aroma Bistro's Red Chili Oil Wontons! It's very delicious and will make you want more after every bite, especially if you pair it with white rice. :) The noodle dishes are cooked perfectly as well. I'd also recommend the Aroma Chicken Rice. I highly recommend this place if you like spicy food.
Aroma Bistro is a tiny restaurant with BIG flavours. (Seriously, there's only one table currently so you might want to call ahead if you're planning to dine-in!) The Red Chili Oil Wontons are made in-house and are one of those dishes that you're going to want to order every single time. I even got a couple bags of frozen wontons to go! LaLa Chicken and Spicy Snow Beef Udon were delicious. I really enjoyed their chili oil chicken broth with the soup. Owner/Chef Louie and his team went above and beyond to make our meal unforgettable. Aroma Bistro will be a regular stop whenever we're in Winnipeg!
UPDATE: I simply cannot express how much I love Aroma Bistro and how appreciative I am of the team for not only creating exceptionally delicious and creative dishes but also a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The menu has been expanded a bit and the dining room has been nicely renovated to include four tables that are comfortably spaced. The Spicy Snow Beef Rice Noodles Soup and Aroma LaLa Chicken are extremely flavourful and my current favourites. The Fruit Teas balance out the richness of the meal well; I had Lychee Green Tea but I bet they're all delicious. Our server was friendly and the food came out quick. Staff were wearing masks. I continue to stock up on frozen Aroma Red Chili Oil Wontons every time we're in Winnipeg and recommend that everyone do the same! This restaurant is absolutely worth the drive from Brandon; just be sure to reserve a table in advance!
Walked in off the street last night. Was greeted by friendly staff and the chef as well! The red chili wonton are amazing. Went back tonight for more and was again greeted by the chef and cashier (I think he even remembered my order from the night before)! Pleasant experience and great food. Thanks guys!
Aroma Bistro NEVER disappoints! Everything on the menu is absolutely amazing. And the staff including the people in the kitchen have exceptional customer service! You can order the 9 piece or 18 piece chili wontons and trust me, you'll want to order 36 pieces! By far, Aroma Bistro is always my go to whenever I order food. I've got all my friends and family hooked! Its so good, I ordered dinner here 5 days straight! Try them out and I gaurantee you will not be disappointed!
I heard about Aroma Bistro from some friends who recommended the Red Chili Wontons and the Lala Chicken. I was told these dishes were worth going out of our way to try out.

Both dishes were straight up delicious. They are worth the visit and then some.
The service was great as well. Overall, Aroma Bistro was a delight. The food was so good and the service brilliant. Definitely worth trying out.

I live an hour from winnipeg, I make the drive just to eat here. The food is delicious, the staff is lovely and chef Louie makes rounds in the dining room to ask if everyone is enjoying their food. They have generous portions so I get to take some home for lunch the next day. Absolutely my favourite place to eat.
Best asian inspired restaurant l have found in Winnipeg. Impeccable professional service. Prices were very reasonable.
The food shocked your taste buds with flavor. Someone is paying attention to detail. Incredible talented chef. So different than other places. Music was nice and not blastingly loud like some other restaurant. Looking forward to seeing them again soon.
